LPN - Behavioral Health

ARMStaffing is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse, Home Health (Day Shift) in Austin, Texas.

This is a 13-week contract position.

5 days a week, 8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) will provide routine home health visits within the coverage area of Lower Brazoria County, which may expand to a 60-mile radius from the facility's address as needed. The role requires managing care for patients and ensuring compliance with health care protocols.

• Perform routine home health visits as required.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide optimum patient care.
• Ensure compliance with health care protocols and standards.
• Complete 32 points of visits per week.
• May assist in other territories within the facility's service area.

• Recent home health experience is required.
• Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) is preferred, but candidates without this experience may be considered at a reduced rate for training.

• Current LVN license is required.
