Schedule:

Clinic-based schedule varies; typically 2-3 weekdays and every other weekend for full-time needs. Some holiday coverage may be required. Shifts are generally 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours (schedules are built in blocks; preferences considered when possible, not guaranteed).

Pay: $37.17/hr

Summary Seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a fast-paced retail clinic environment. This LVN/LPN role focuses on patient-facing care, accurate documentation, and strong clinical support for common acute visits and preventive care. If you’re an LVN/LPN with primary care, urgent care, or emergency room experience and you enjoy high-volume, patient-centered work, this is a strong opportunity.

• Perform patient intake, routine assessments, and vital signs; identify abnormalities and document findings
• Support point-of-care testing and clinical workflows in a high-volume clinic setting
• Perform phlebotomy (where permitted), vaccine administration, and medication administration within scope
• Document patient history, medications, allergies, and treatments accurately in the EMR (Epic experience preferred)
• Provide clear patient education and reinforce care plans and self-care guidance
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked clinic environment; follow HIPAA/OSHA and safety-sensitive standards

• Active, unrestricted LVN/LPN license in good standing (no disciplinary history)
• Active BLS (expiration must extend past the start date)
• 1+ year clinical experience;
  Primary Care / Urgent Care / ER strongly preferred
• Phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing experience (verify actual hands-on experience)
• EMR proficiency (Epic preferred); strong documentation and multitasking skills
