American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Level 3 NICU position requiring 2+ years of neonatal ICU experience and a TX or compact RN license.

• Level 3 NICU with 84 licensed beds divided between two floors
• Staffed with a Charge RN, Code Neonatal RN, Clerk, and Milk Tech
• Shift hours are 06:45-19:15 on a 13-week assignment
• Schedule requires flexibility with no block scheduling
• May float as a functional float to other units within and outside Women's Hospital without taking a patient assignment
• Uses Compass Cerner EMR

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience required
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required
• Current PALS certification (AHA) required
• Current NRP certification (AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics) required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal intensive care patients
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate depending on facility location
• Local candidates accepted
