We are looking for compassionate Registered Nurses that want to make a difference! Our floor nurses will assess patients' health status, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and feeding. Floor nurses collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs. They are responsible for documenting patient progress, managing patient records, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for recovery.
Additionally, floor nurses educate patients and their families about conditions, treatments, and recovery strategies while advocating for patient well-being and comfort throughout their stay.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current BLS
- ACLS preferred
- Current RN TX or Multistate License
- Minimum of one year experience in an acute care facility preferred
- Telemetry and/or critical care knowledge preferred.
