This position offers a competitive salary, depending on experience, and up to 10% annual bonus potential.

• Bachelor's in horticulture or agronomy or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in landscape management or related field
• Experience managing teams of 5+
• Ability to lead by example and hold team members accountable
• Knowledge of native/adaptive plants and irrigation systems
• Ability to interpret budgets and work cross-departmentally
• Ability to obtain a TDA pesticide license within 90 days of hire
• Ability to work weekends as needed

Spanish-speaking skills and additional knowledge of turf grasses and landscape budgeting are preferred.

SCHEDULE
:
This is a full-time landscaping position, with weekend work required based on the Club's golf and event schedule.

In this landscaping role, you'll oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the property landscapes. Leading a team, you'll ensure vibrant flower beds, manicured lawns, and thriving plants are cared for to the highest standards. You'll collaborate with other departments, apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed, and prioritize tasks to maintain quality. Your leadership will directly impact the beauty and functionality of our grounds, enhancing the experience for our members and guests.
