We’re a growing landscaping company looking for our first crew member who will play a key role in shaping our team. This position is hands-on now but will grow into a leadership role as we expand. Compensation $20 - $22 hourly

• Perform landscaping services including mowing, trimming, planting, irrigation, and basic hardscaping.
• Drive between multiple job sites daily using a company vehicle.
• Maintain and care for all landscaping equipment, ensuring it’s clean, safe, and in good working order.
• Communicate with clients and team members to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Take initiative on projects and prepare to step into a crew leader role as the company grows.

• Great physical health and stamina
• Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail
• 2+ years of experience as a landscaper for residential or commercial properties
• Experience with a variety of hand tools and maintenance equipment including clippers, chain saws, lawnmowers, blowers, edgers, rakes, and hedge trimmers
• Must have a U.S. driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the work site
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the job.
• Leadership qualities and interest in supervising others in the near future.
