We focus on small pack sizes, close supervision, and integrated training. Dogs are cared for as individuals—allowing them to relax, socialize naturally, and return home more balanced and confident. Our business is growing and we are expanding to now offer professional grooming services.

We are looking for a premium, top notch, qualified dog groomer who has the ambition to partner and grow an already thriving dog paradise. If you have the desire to be a business owner and are willing to put in the work, to finalize the perfect grooming salon, we would love to speak with you. We are putting the finishing touches on a newly constructed building and are ready for your input on the final decisions considering placement of bathing tables, grooming tables, and vacuum stations.

You will have the ability to create and design the interior of the new salon.

This is a full-time on-site position for a Dog Groomer, located in Austin, TX. As a business owner and Dog Groomer, you will be responsible for grooming pets, including bathing, clipping, and coat styling, while ensuring their safety and comfort. You will interact with clients to understand their grooming preferences, provide advice on pet care, and maintain a clean and welcoming grooming station.

Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and professionally handling any concerns.

• Certification in professional pet grooming is preferred but not required
