Elements Recruitment Team Elements Lawn & Landscape has an immediate opening for a full-time Landscape Enhancement Foreman at our Austin location. We are looking for a hard-working individual who wants to grow with our company. Ideal candidates are committed, dependable, willing to work in all seasons, and interested in building a long-term career in the landscape industry.
A valid driver’s license and relevant experience are required for this position.

Job Requirements:
Must be familiar with and able to operate a dump truck, truck with trailer, skid steer, backpack blower, tiller, chainsaw, hand pruners, pole pruners, gas-powered shears, and other related landscaping equipment and tools.
Landscape installation experience
Ability to oversee and lead an enhancement crew Knowledge of landscaping construction techniques
Plant care knowledge, including enhancement installations, seasonal color, and plant materials
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, walk for extended periods, and regularly lift objects weighing 50–80 lbs Reliable transportation to and from work daily
Required Qualifications:
Landscape enhancement experience3+ years of foreman experience
Valid driver’s license (held for a minimum of 3 years with a clean driving record)
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
