Mixer / Mixer assistant tasks include but not limited to the following:

Receiving chemical totes after being approved by QA and organizing it in the assigned place
Maintain the mixing area and equipment
Clean the mixing vessel and all equipment used in batch making
Follow standard safety protocols when dealing with chemical compounds
Pulling out different material needed for the new mixing assignment with the correct lot numbers
Measure and weigh the components needed for the mix recipe and add it to the mixing vessel in the right order of addition supplied in the recipe
Test Viscosity, solids %, pH, density and surface tension on the finished product and input into the system
Pump out the finish mix into storage tanks and record yield in the system

High school diploma/equivalent-English write/read
Forklift certified
Basic math skills-metric system understanding
Mixing and compounding experience
Basic Computer knowledge
Willing to work off shifts

Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
