Position Objective:

To provide support to Production and other Quality personnel in meeting internal Quality standards and regulatory requirements while ensuring that physical and electronic files pertaining to the Quality function within Enviromedica are completed, organized and protected.

  • Maintain physical and electronic files and archives pertaining to the Quality Department
  • Review internal documents to ensure they are correct as indicated by internal standards.
  • Review documentation completed on the Production floor
  • Conduct environmental monitoring
  • Collect samples required for testing, as indicated
  • Perform product inspections, as requested
  • Review Production records, as indicated
  • Oversee the execution of Pest Control programs
  • Conduct administrative duties associated to the Quality department, including its laboratory
  • Support the development and implementation of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) at the Company
  • Perform assignments or responsibilities indicated on internal QMS documentation
  • Support activities for Quality
  • Assist with other Quality functions, as requested
Required Skills &

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in a job-related discipline or equivalent experience, preferred.
  • Computer literate and proficient using Office Suite
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Must be an outstanding communicator both verbally and written
  • Able to work in a collaborative and fast-paced autonomous environment
  • Able to learn new concepts on his or her own
  • Able to organize, prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, act professionally and maintain information confidentiality
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, turn, twist, reach, pull and push
