OLIX is seeking a Director of Quality to build the quality infrastructure for its decode accelerator and fabless supply chain. You will own the Quality Management System from a blank page, defining policies, metrics, and CAPA processes to support tape-out readiness through deployment.
This founding leadership role requires 12+ years in quality engineering or management, deep supplier quality expertise, and a track record of scaling QMS in early-stage manufacturing.
