Responsibilities And Requirements
- Expertise with real-world quality assurance & testing processes, specific to game development
- Expertise with creating, managing, and communicating test cases
- Expertise with console certification and submission processes
- Proven abilities in identifying, assessing, documenting, and reproducing software defects
- Proven ability to positively work with people of all disciplines to meet product & quality goals
- Strong background in tools, processes, and reports related to quality assurance
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience working on multiple simultaneous projects
- Experience with deploying console development and test hardware
- Demonstrated positive relationships with hardware platform owner team members
- Portfolio of shipped games for two or more console hardware platforms & ecosystems
- Leadership skills a plus
- Experience with profile and capture tools a plus
- Experience with crash reporting tools a plus
- Experience with mobile and tablet compatibility labs a plus
- SDET skills a plus
