We’re looking for a Real Estate Market Manager in Austin, TX, to launch and grow our local presence. This is a unique contract role ideal for self-starters who are skilled in real estate photography or videography and are excited about building strong client relationships, managing listing shoots, and driving business development.

Market Management Responsibilities:

• Launch the Market: Be the face of V6D in Austin and build our regional footprint from the ground up.
• Client Outreach: Actively connect with real estate agents, brokerages, and developers to promote V6D services.
• Relationship Building: Create long-term partnerships and a consistent flow of repeat clients.
• Revenue Growth: Grow the client base and benefit from override commissions as your market scales.
• Listing Creation: Capture properties with high-quality HDR photography, 3D virtual tours, video walkthroughs, and floor plans.
• Data Capture: Gather accurate measurements for ANSI-compliant floor plans.
• Asset Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of top-quality, SEO-ready marketing materials.
• Equipment Care: Maintain and troubleshoot camera gear to ensure seamless operations.

• Freelancer or Real Estate Creative: Background in photography, videography, or real estate marketing.
• Self-Starter:
  Motivated, independent, and excited to build something from the ground up.
• Tech-Literate: Comfortable with DSLR cameras, drones, 3D tools like Matterport, and editing software.
• Client-Oriented: Confident communicator who can manage relationships and delight customers.
• Locally Mobile:
  Able to travel throughout Austin and transport gear (up to 25 lbs).
• Bonus Experience: Familiarity with real estate platforms, floor plan tools, or SEO optimization is a plus.
