The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for representing clients in real estate transactions, including buying, selling, and renting properties. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting property showings, generating leads, responding to client inquiries, negotiating offers, preparing contracts, and staying current with market trends. This is a part‑time, on‑site role located in Austin, TX.

• Experience or ability in client relationship building, customer service, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in property market research, market analysis, and local market knowledge.
• Negotiation, contract preparation, and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of real‑estate technology and tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Organizational skills combined with attention to detail when managing property listings and client transactions.
• A valid real estate license in the state of Texas is required.
