Westdale Asset Management is hiring a Part-Time Leasing Consultant at a 294-unit luxury community on the edge of Northwest Austin and Cedar Park. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications and leases, and close leases in compliance with fair housing laws.
Requirements include at least 6 months leasing experience, strong communication, and ability to type 30 WPM. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred;
Saturday work required, driver’s license in Texas is a plus.
