Senior Real Estate Capital Markets Associate

• The role involves significant experience in various real estate transactions, including leasing & property management, acquisitions and dispositions, and conducting property diligence on behalf of lenders.
• Experience with clients managing Class A and B malls/shopping centers and office buildings is a plus.

Holland & Knight’s Real Estate Capital Markets (RECAP) practice is seeking a mid to senior-level associate with 5-7 years of experience to join its dynamic team in our Austin office. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in various real estate transactions, including leasing & property management, acquisitions and dispositions and conducting property diligence on behalf of lenders. Experience with clients that manage malls/shopping (class a & b) and office buildings (class a & b) is a plus.

Excellent academic credentials are required and large regional, national, or international law firm experience is preferred.
