• Manage tenant rep and landlord rep deals from LOI to lease execution: documents, deadlines, communication
• Track critical dates, options, and commission agreements, and abstract leases so nothing slips
• Keep brokers, landlords, tenants, co-brokers, and attorneys ahead of every deadline
• Prepare marketing for landlord assignments: availability reports, flyers, and tour books
• Spot problems before they blow up a deal

• Exceptional at supporting a large roster of brokers and dozens of deadlines at once

• $60k to $100k, based on the quality of your work.
• Two ways to grow in the position: manage more brokers, or move into managing a team of coordinators. Both pay more.
• Raises, bonuses, and promotions are tied to performance and quality.
