Men's Grill Waiter - Server

As our Men's Grill Waiter - Server, you'll enjoy the following pay and perks:

• Competitive pay of $13.00 per hour plus an 18% service charge

Our Men's Grill Waiter - Server works the PM shift, Tuesday through Sunday
. Some holidays and split shifts (doubles) may be required.

You'll be in charge of the alcohol and food service in our men's grill dining area, dutifully fulfilling orders while providing friendly, non-intrusive assistance. Every day, you'll set up the dining room, warmly greet members as they arrive, and take their food and beverage orders. Highly polite and professional, you'll answer questions, explain menu items, make recommendations, and anticipate the members' needs to support a seamless dining experience.

You'll close out checks, prepare reports and tip outs, and inform management about any issues, accidents, feedback, or complaints.

When you're not assisting members, you'll be working with your hospitality team to clean, organize, and maintain the pantry, dining room, food service and storage areas, and other hospitality areas. You'll attend staff meetings, participate in training, and continually advance your alcohol and food service knowledge to provide top-grade experiences to our members.

• 1+ years of restaurant serving experience
• Deep knowledge of proper alcohol and food service
• Clean and professional appearance and attitude
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to work with your team to meet goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, move 25 lbs., and stand/walk for extended periods
• Genuine passion for customer service and member satisfaction
• High school degree or equivalent

Country club experience and basic computer skills would be ideal.
