The Hyatt Regency Austin is seeking a passionate, curious, and hospitality-driven part-time Bar Back to join Ripple & Roots
, our vibrant new dining concept. The Bar Back will play a key role in ensuring our bars are fully stocked, organized, and ready for service, while supporting bartenders and servers with guest service.

• Ensure bars are fully stocked, organized, and ready for service.
• Support bartenders and servers with guest service.
• Assist with bar prep duties, including batching, restocking, and prepping garnishes.
• Maintain a smooth and efficient bar operation in a fast‑paced environment.

• Refined communication skills.
• Ability to lift a moderate amount of weight.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous Bar Experience Preferred.
• TABC Certification.
• Food Handler Certification.
