• Possess thorough knowledge of foods and menu in order to answer all questions from staff
• Rotation of hot and cold stations
• Daily prep for the day and week
• Learning and execution of menu offerings
• Perform opening and closing side work
• Ensure work area is in compliance with health codes at all times

• 1 or more years experience in a high volume kitchen
• A valid Food Handlers Certification is required and must be obtained before entering this position
• Have an accommodating attitude
• Be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time
