The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner. This role involves maintaining a clean and organized bar, interacting with customers to ensure an enjoyable experience, and handling cash and payment transactions. The Bartender must have strong customer service skills, knowledge of drink recipes, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

This role will be in-person located in our TCH location:
Austin.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Texas Card House drink recipes.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, ensuring proper inventory management and ordering.
- Cash out customer bills efficiently and accurately, following all cash handling procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about the drink menu, and making personalized recommendations.
- Ensure a fun and friendly atmosphere at the bar while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Be observant and identify potential problems, such as intoxication or underage drinking.
- Adhere to all Texas Liquor Control Board (TABC) regulations and responsible service practices.
- Clean and maintain bar equipment and glassware according to established sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with servers and other staff members to ensure a smooth operation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor.
- Active Food Handler’s Certification (Required)
- Active TABC Certification (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience bartending in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and proper mixing techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional personality.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong math skills with the ability to perform accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight (kegs, ice buckets).
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Casino gaming environment with noise, bright lights, and high-energy atmosphere.
- Professional kitchen environment involving exposure to heat, fast-paced conditions, and strict food safety standards.
- Fast casual restaurant setting with a focus on providing high-quality, made-to-order drinks & meals in a relaxed and dynamic atmosphere.

- Mobility:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, move around the bar, and serve food/drinks to customers in a busy environment. - Dexterity:
Ability to use bartending tools and equipment (e.g., shakers, strainers, glasses) with precision and control to prepare and serve beverages. - Vision:
Ability to read orders, identify ingredients, and monitor drink presentation for accuracy and quality. - Hearing:
Ability to hear customer orders, communicate effectively with customers and team members, and respond to requests in a noisy environment. - Communication:
Clear verbal communication with customers, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure accurate orders and a positive customer experience. - Endurance:
Ability to work efficiently during long shifts, manage multiple tasks, and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment. - Lifting:
Ability to lift and carry items, such as bottles, kegs, and boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds. - Environment:
