Carillon Am Server

• We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time CARILLON AM SERVER positions.

  Full-time and part-time schedules, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement:
  Prior server experience is preferred.

Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available. Fixed Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour. Free meals, uniforms, and laundering service available at select locations.

Takes food and beverage orders and efficiently delivers items to dining room guests.

• Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room; take food and beverages efficiently following established steps of service.
• Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards; follow up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests.
• Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients; advise guests on appropriate combinations of food and drinks when requested; accommodate reasonable requests and note preferences; demonstrate knowledge of specialized diets and allergens as needed.
• Communicate directly with back‑of‑house staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills and demonstrate ability to get along well with others; remain flexible and patient when communicating with guests and staff.
• Collect tickets and follow proper cash‑handling procedures.
• Promote a clean, safe and neat environment for guests.
• Maintain a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information that is shared.
• Promptly address complaints or issues; relay relevant information or complaints directly to supervisor.
• Ensure that the dining room is properly set up prior to and after the service period; keep area clean and neat while meeting established sanitation standards.
• Operate a variety of equipment, including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced‑tea/soda machines, soup wells and coffee machines.
• Work with staff of other departments to perform job duties during special events and functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
