Responsibilities- Supervise food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses.
- Train and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to service standards and procedures.
- Participate in colleague coaching and counseling.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and sanitation regulations in dining areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Schedule staff and manage labor costs effectively while maintaining service standards.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with management to create and update menus, pricing, and promotions.
- Conduct regular inspections to evaluate service quality and resolve any issues promptly.
- Provide "on the floor" support including but not limited to covering breaks, and assisting with hands on service to meet business demands.
- Previous Food and Beverage experience is required for this position and it also requires open availability as the selected candidate will provide support for our main.

- Minimum of 2-year food and beverage, banquet or hospitality supervisory experience preferred. Candidates with experience as lead bartender, leader sever, or banquet captain will be considered.
- A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
- Prior experience in bars is preferred.
- Refined written and verbal communication skills.
- Service oriented style with professional presentation skills.
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, administrative skills.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service techniques and standards.
- Proficient in Micros/Symphony/POS knowledge, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and willingness to enforce them.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skillset.
