• Knowledgeable, skillful and confident cleaning of wares and equipment.
• Maintain wares, equipment and facility in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards

• High level of interaction with other team members and Chefs
• Cleanliness, efficiency and organization
• Energy and enthusiasm
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 25 lbs and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication

Preferred

• High School/G.E.D
• 18 years of age or older

Strongly Preferred

• Valid Food Worker Card
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Physically able to stand, walk and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
• Not convicted of felony
