Pay Range - $16 /hour to $18 /hour - depending on experience

TERRY'S, is looking for talented Managers/Shift Leaders for our locations who are committed to providing a best-in-class guest experience, are Crew Member focused, and passionate about serving the healthiest and highest quality food and drinks of any fast-food restaurant in Texas. We want leaders who are motivated and thrive in a high-energy, high-volume restaurant. Our Managers/ Shift Leaders can lead in both the Back of the House (BOH) and Front of the House (FOH) operations.

- Count Inventory.
- Do deposits and count the drawers.
- Have all positions cleaned and closed down.
- Make sure the stand is locked and safe.
- Supporting the team and jumping in where needed, creating a positive and proactive atmosphere, while having each other’s back.
- Focus on great customer service, treating our guests like family.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Managers serve safe (we can provide for you if needed)
- 1 year of restaurant experience
- Ability to promote teamwork and develop and support others
- Ability to lift 35-50lbs.
- Ability to lift, reach and bend over for product.
