A summer camp food service company is seeking experienced Kitchen Managers/Head Chefs to manage kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food service. Responsibilities include overseeing staff, maintaining sanitation standards, and managing all food preparations for camp diners. Ideal candidates must have 4+ years of experience in commercial kitchens, be able to work under pressure, and possess a Serv Safe Allergens Certification.
