Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin is seeking a Restaurant server with a passion for hospitality and a flair for serving delicious food and drinks. Join us for this incredible opportunity to work in a dynamic and fun environment where you can make a difference daily!

Servers are responsible for delivering exceptional service and crafting unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be the face of our Food and Beverage operation, greeting guests, taking orders, bussing tables, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Servers may also be required to prepare coffee drinks or alcoholic beverages. You will also be expected to adhere to hygiene and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organization while on shift.

This position requires availability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Individuals in this role will also require flexibility to support in multiple areas of the Food and Beverage division including The Tradition An American Kitchen, Hey Dey Social Club, room deliveries and Banquet events as needed.

Hey Dey Social Club
is centered on sunny golden hour hangs where guests can spend all evening at this cheerful bar meets European Social Club. With stellar cocktails and friendly service, Hey Dey operates as a cocktail café and is the go‑to place for downtown happy hour drinks. Enjoy excellent coffee for a late afternoon pick‑up, Italian Aperitif style drinks, innovative seasonal takes on classic craft cocktails, natural wine, and local beers.
