• Previous restaurant kitchen experience in food prep is required.

• You’re detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in food preparation and cleanliness.
• You possess the ability to read, write, and follow instructions, working well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• You’re physically able to stand, bend, lift, and walk throughout your shift, lifting up to 50 pounds when needed.

• Portion and prepare ingredients and menu items according to specifications.
• Prepare and cook menu items to meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
• Follow recipes and maintain a clean workspace to ensure all food is prepared safely and to standard.
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring proper rotation of stock and reporting any low inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized prep area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working order.
• Work efficiently to meet prep and production timelines to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Uphold kitchen cleanliness and safety standards by adhering to proper hygiene and organizational practices.
• Handle food safely, including proper storage and disposal, to maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
