Join Tc4 & Co Hospitality as a Restaurant Kitchen Manager overseeing back‑of‑house operations in our award‑winning restaurants, including Tony C’s Coal Fired Pizza in Austin, TX.

Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr.

• Oversee BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards are upheld at all times.
• Help minimize operating costs, boost employee retention, and deliver a positive dining experience for guests.
• Manage restaurant back‑of‑house/kitchen teams and assistant manager duties as part of the management team.
• Work within opening hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

• 2+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Head Chef.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g., Aloha/Toast).
• Good math and reporting skills.
• Customer service attitude.
• Strong communication and team management abilities.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g., evenings, weekends, holidays).
• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
