Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a special sort of person to join our team. We are looking for high‑caliber, motivated hospitality professionals who are as equally passionate about health and wellness as they are about providing extraordinary guest service. Our team and brand is growing and we need some tenured cooks who are looking to continue to grow with us into salaried positions as we open new stores.

Must have previous lead experience overseeing shifts and teams.

What You Will Do
  • Possesses thorough knowledge of food & menu in order to answer all questions from staff
  • Rotation of hot and cold stations
  • Daily prep for the day and week
  • Learning and execution of menu offerings

    Performs opening and closing side work
  • Ensure work area is in compliance with health codes at all times

What You Should Have
  • 5 or more years experience in a high volume kitchen
  • Previous Lead kitchen or greater experience
  • Wanting to grow into or get back to a Sous Chef role
  • A valid Food Handlers Certification is required and must be obtained before entering this position
  • Must have an accommodating attitude
  • Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time
