We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team at our fine dining restaurant, Lonesome Dove. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and efficiently, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. Your ability to communicate effectively with both the kitchen staff and guests will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service.

• $8-10/hr + Tips

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all food is presented beautifully and meets quality standards before serving.
• Assist servers by providing support during busy periods, including refilling drinks and clearing tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction and overall dining experience.

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
