Job Summary

Medici Roasting is looking for hospitality professionals to join our team! The ideal candidate must be able to provide excellent customer service while multitasking in a high-volume environment. Prior barista experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Customer Service: Taking orders, managing customer flow, and proactively meeting customer needs. Building goodwill through excellent service and maintaining integrity at all times.

Quality Control: Ensuring beverage excellence by performing daily quality checks on brewed coffee, pour overs, iced tea, hot tea, flash brew, and toddy. Preparing all beverages according to standard procedures.

Team Work: Assisting coworkers by keeping the store stocked and clean, including lifting boxes up to 50 lbs and washing dishes, which involves turning and bending.

Retail Sales: Using product knowledge to meet customer needs for whole beans and grab-and-go items, understanding the importance of meeting business targets through teamwork.

Qualifications

Barista skills are a plus but not required.
