Overview

Duties Back of House team members will work a variety of positions, which include but are not limited to the following duties:

• Love our Menu and learn how to cook all recipes
• Prep experience a must!
• All of our team members wash dishes
• Make our salsas from scratch, starting with roasting peppers.
• Cleanliness! We believe in food safety, and cleanliness!
• Cross Train!

• Previous customer service or restaurant experience
• General knowledge of POS system
• Strong communication skills
• Great customer service skills

• Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10 pounds frequently
