Responsibilities of back of house team members:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Know tasks for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, prep, and food preparation
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and orderly kitchen at all times
• Stay up to date with new products launched by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and staying updated on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other assigned duties

Most Chick-fil-A® restaurants are operated by independent business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.

Full-time pay starts at $16.00 per hour. Part-time pay starts at $15.00 per hour.

Work schedule:

• Availability on weekends
• Monday to Friday
