We seek a talented and experienced Bartender.
Description Brief:The Bartender provides courteous and efficient bar services to guests and crew and is ultimately responsible for the bars they are assigned to. They also oversee services in the lounge/bars and manage the inventory of all wine lists and spirits in their designated bar or restaurant.
Minimum Req uirements:- International experience in mixology drinks, with the catering industry.
- Must have very good organizational skills and show attention to detail.
- Very good beverage knowledge (wines, cocktails, coffee etc).
- Prepared and served drinks to guests following ship recipes.
- Must be able to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be service minded with an outgoing charming and friendly personality.
- Fluent English language.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker.
- High level of accuracy whilst being efficient.
- Think laterally and develop new concepts and ideas.
- An amazing team player with a positive attitude to ‘get the job done’.
