Relax and enjoy the tranquility of Lakeside Reflections at the Lakeway Resort and Spa. Perched above the shimmering waters of Lake Travis, our Texas Hill Country resort provides a variety of sports and recreational amenities for the entire family. We also feature a full-service spa, three large swimming pools, a whirlpool, a swim-up bar and a slide area that's terrific for kids.
Enjoy cocktails with a view at our rustic lower lobby bar and savor creative Southern cuisine at our restaurant with outside seating featuring panoramic lake views.
JOB SUMMARY
- Greet customers promptly and warmly.
- Share knowledge of any specials and make recommendations from the menu for the customer.
- Secure drink orders and take food orders in an efficient manner.
- Inspect food for accuracy and presentation prior to delivery.
- Maintain a clean table and assist with any refills or requests as needed.
- Complete all side station work and maintain a clean safe environment.

- Strong work ethic and self-initiative.
- Customer service focused, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, likes to communicate with guests and associates.
- Flexible to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Someone who enjoys working as and being part of a team that provides great experiences for our Guests!
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, lifting, carrying. (6-8 hours a day)
- Frequent fine motor skills, use of hands and fingers for keyboarding/typing, writing, and operating kitchen tools/ equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 pounds as needed.
- Visual ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials including close visual focus for extended periods and color differentiation.
