The Culinary Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations and supporting the execution of high-quality food service across concessions, premium clubs, suites, catering, and special events. This position provides leadership to culinary team members, ensures food quality and presentation standards are met, maintains food safety compliance, and supports efficient kitchen operations in a fast-paced sports and entertainment environment. The Culinary Supervisor leads by example and plays a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities include supervising culinary team members during food preparation, production, service, and event execution; ensuring food quality, consistency, presentation, and portion control standards are maintained; supporting daily kitchen operations across concessions, premium hospitality, catering, and special events; monitoring food production levels to meet operational demands while minimizing waste; ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and health department regulations; conducting line checks and monitoring food temperatures, labeling, dating, and storage practices;

assisting with training, coaching, and developing culinary team members; supporting scheduling, staffing assignments, and labor management initiatives; maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment; assisting with inventory management, receiving, product rotation, and ordering processes; collaborating with culinary leadership on menu execution and operational planning; addressing operational challenges and implementing solutions to maintain service excellence; supporting opening, event-day operations, and closing procedures;

and fostering a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment.
