• Spends the vast majority of time on the sales floor assisting guests and actively selling Tomlinson’s core products.
• Builds rapport with guests and sales staff; ensures guest delight and satisfaction exceed expectations; coaches and leads the sales team.
• Monitors and appraises job performance of sales staff; promotes core products and reinforces brand standards.
• Maintains staff development and team culture consistent with company policies; creates weekly schedules and reports time clock changes.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, stock levels, and communicates discrepancies to the Inventory Manager.
• Maintains store appearance in line with Brand Standards; ensures an aesthetically appealing, clean, and welcoming store.
• Communicates with General Manager and Headquarters; attends monthly managers meetings and weekly alignment calls.
• Keeps up-to-date with industry trends and informs Merchandising Manager of suitable new products.

• At least 3 years of previous leadership experience.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly; active on feet for the majority of shifts.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Store Manager compensation starts at $50,000 per year with overtime pay, plus monthly bonuses.
