Nina Berenato Jewelry is a handmade jewelry brand based in Austin, TX. Founded by metalsmith and designer Nina Berenato, we are looking for a full‑time Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help us create a joyful and energetic environment for our customers. The Nina Berenato brand focuses on sustainability and empowerment, earning Austin’s Green Business Leader Platinum honor in 2019, and strives to empower women through design and community support.

Role Description

  • Lead & develop the team of sales associates and assistant manager.
  • Maintain a consistently excellent experience in the store resulting in positive reviews and exceeding goals.
  • 70% of this role is on the sales floor and it is heavily person to person & leadership focused
  • Track performance and optimize the team toward individual and team success.
  • Collaborate with Nina for direction on opportunities in the store.

Leadership

  • Plan and execute a weekly plan for Operations focused ASM.
  • Work with HQ team to offer feedback
  • Ensure the team is operating at it's best though effective coaching.

KPIs

  • Push the sales team toward KPI goals in Sales $, UPT & AOV.
  • Maintain a track record of employee retention.
  • Develop engaging and motivating system of challenges and rewards for your team.
  • Recruit top sales talent.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in retail management (fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred)
  • Google Drive
  • Paychex or comparable
