Summarize the role and then detailed duties:

• Unloading product from truck and transporting to storage area
• Ensuring quality control of all product before sending to sales floor
• Maintaining sanitation in the department
• Maintaining organization of back storage, freezer, walk‑in, and production area
• Reading and executing the daily production list
• Calculating figures and amounts such as weights, discounts, percentages, and volumes
• Providing customer service as required, such as answering questions and taking orders on the phone
• Assisting in monitoring the quality of goods and monitoring shrink
• Ordering and receiving products and supplies
• Maintaining transfer records
• Preparing, wrapping, pricing, selling, and stocking products continuously
• Demonstrating customer samples for self‑serve
• Using suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales

• Demonstrates expertise and passion for food
• Experience with commercial production preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Ability to coach other partners
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Lift and carry moderate to heavy loads (minimum 50 lbs.); bend, reach, push, and pull
• Flexible work schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to inform customers about ingredients
• Values diversity
• Minimum 1 year experience in food preparation and 2–5 years of related experience
