Position Overview

We have an exciting opportunity to support the creation of the Enterprise Inventory Control team! Reporting to our Director of Asset Protection, the Enterprise Inventory Control Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, visibility and integrity across all selling channels.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze inventory variances across all selling channels (retail, e‑commerce and wholesale)
  • Conduct root cause analysis from mis shipments, variances, receipt errors and system discrepancies.
  • Partner with Retail leadership to ensure consistent inventory levels to support business needs.
  • Maintain consistent reporting cadences on inventory health, trends and exceptions.
  • Support cycle count, physical inventory and/or exception‑based audit programs.
  • Ensure data integrity between various systems that integrate company inventory.
  • Verify compliance with inventory procedures, documentation standards and audit expectations.
Ideal Candidate
  • 2-4+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, retail operations or related analytical roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables) and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with WMS or other inventory management systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional partners.
  • Detail‑oriented with a high degree of accuracy and problem‑solving ability.
