Position OverviewWe have an exciting opportunity to support the creation of the Enterprise Inventory Control team! Reporting to our Director of Asset Protection, the Enterprise Inventory Control Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, visibility and integrity across all selling channels.
Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze inventory variances across all selling channels (retail, e‑commerce and wholesale)
- Conduct root cause analysis from mis shipments, variances, receipt errors and system discrepancies.
- Partner with Retail leadership to ensure consistent inventory levels to support business needs.
- Maintain consistent reporting cadences on inventory health, trends and exceptions.
- Support cycle count, physical inventory and/or exception‑based audit programs.
- Ensure data integrity between various systems that integrate company inventory.
- Verify compliance with inventory procedures, documentation standards and audit expectations.
- 2-4+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, retail operations or related analytical roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables) and data visualization tools.
- Experience with WMS or other inventory management systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional partners.
- Detail‑oriented with a high degree of accuracy and problem‑solving ability.
