Position OverviewWe’re looking for an experienced and highly connected Director of Wholesale to lead Criquet’s growing wholesale division. This senior role will oversee strategy, account management, and team leadership across a range of channels — from green grass and specialty boutiques to major national retailers.
The ideal candidate has deep relationships with key multi-door regional retailers and national department stores, including Scheels, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Nordstrom, and others. You’ll manage a talented inside sales team alongside a network of independent reps, while collaborating cross-functionally to drive growth and elevate brand presence across all wholesale channels.

- Lead, develop, and manage Criquet’s wholesale sales organization, including inside sales and independent reps.
- Strengthen relationships and negotiate programs with key regional and national retail partners.
- Build seasonal sales plans, set revenue and margin targets, and deliver on growth objectives.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align brand, inventory, and sell‑through strategies.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, optimize channel mix, and inform product development.
- Represent Criquet at trade shows, regional events, and major partner meetings.
- Uphold Criquet’s commitment to premium quality and brand storytelling in every wholesale touchpoint.
- 8+ years of wholesale or retail sales leadership experience in apparel, footwear, or premium lifestyle brands.
- Proven success managing multi‑channel wholesale accounts, including major retailers such as Scheels, Dick’s, and Nordstrom.
- Strong leadership experience with both internal teams and independent sales reps.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing a distinctive, lifestyle‑driven brand.
