Job Overview As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase organization and time management, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations. Occasionally, you may support other products from different companies in the stores you service.

SALARY AND SCHEDULE DETAILS

• Your starting hourly pay rate will be $13.00-$15.00 depending on skills and experience.
• Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
• Part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours: 11‑13 hours per week.
• Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.

Your Role And Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the department, including technology for reporting and customer communication.
• Holiday support:
  Handle seasonal demand with additional days and extended hours around holidays such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• Department resets:
  Participate in installations, fixture assembly, and product relocations, with two‑week notice.
• Team collaboration:
  Support other merchandisers as needed within the field organization.

Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding job requiring the ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the day; may need to climb stairs and ladders.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a handheld digital device for reading and reporting.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel between assigned stores as scheduled.
