Stock Team Leader - Night Shift

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Stock Take Team Leader This will be a remote role based in and around London The working hours will be 22:00 - 06:00 Sunday - Friday

• Lead a team of external supplier colleagues to complete stock takes in Tesco stores to a high standard, ensuring that great service is delivered consistently across the business.

• Being disciplined, organised and a great communicator with the leadership qualities to motivate those around them
• Being known as the expert on the process, and making yourself accessible for stores to contact you for guidance and advice
• The safety of your colleagues in your team is a priority, and you ensure your team are always operating in a safe place to work
• Able to interpret numerical data quickly and effectively
• Continually coaching and developing teams to ensure correct procedures and processes are followed, working with integrity at all times.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Ability and motivation to work night shifts regularly

• Preferred experience of stock control within a store environment.
