As our Full-time Merchandiser
, you’ll be the face of premier brands in local retail stores. Drive daily store visits, build strong relationships with store managers, and ensure top-notch product visibility across your territory!
Drive Sales & Store Relationships: Partner with store managers to maximize brand visibility, negotiate secondary displays, and capture growth opportunities across your portfolio.
Flawless Store Execution: Price, stock, and rotate products using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards while maintaining strict planogram compliance.
App-Based Reporting: Log store visits, monitor competitor activity, and record real-time execution insights seamlessly using our smartphone merchandising app.
Hit Route Goals: Maintain a 90%+ route completion rate to deliver perfect execution across your territory.
Basic Requirements:Age 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Experience:
Retail stocking and shelving experience preferred.
Food handling safety knowledge preferred.
Prior route retail merchandising experience preferred.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating smartphone reporting apps independently.
Reliable Transportation: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance for traveling between local route stops.
Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand up to 4 hours at a time, stoop, bend, stretch, and lift up to 40 lbs. independently.
Your Mobile Office: Navigate your daily route, manage schedules, and transport materials in your vehicle between stops.
In-Store Backrooms: Check in with store management, retrieve inventory, and stage stock seamlessly.
On the Sales Floor: Build eye-level displays, stock shelves, and capture store visits right from your phone in active retail environments.
Guaranteed Full-Time
Hours:
Stable, consistent 40-hour workweek. Start your day as early as 6am and be done with it early!$450 Monthly Transportation Stipend: Generous monthly allowance to cover your route travel, gas, and vehicle wear-and-tear.
