As a Sales Representative, you ll connect with prospective students using our hybrid door-knocking and virtual outreach system.

You ll meet potential students face-to-face in targeted areas and follow up virtually through online consultations. This is a structured, high-conversion model — not random canvassing.

Typical hours are 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM, with Monday–Sunday flexibility so representatives can structure their own workweek. Consistency and effort are key.

Required:

• Coachable, ambitious, and driven to succeed.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a variety of people.
• Self-starter with discipline and consistency.

Pay: $1,250 – $4,650 per week (Commission-Based + Kicker System)**

Compensation Package:

• Uncapped commission
• $600 kicker for every $4,000 generated
• Weekly performance bonuses
• Hourly tier after qualification
