Leaf Filter – Outside Sales Representative – Austin, TX
Leaf Filter is North America’s largest direct‑to‑consumer entity and the largest home remodeling company in North America. We offer a “no cold calling” sales experience focused on result‑based selling and high commission compensation.
Primary Responsibilities- Travel to pre‑qualified, company‑generated appointments with homeowners.
- Follow a value‑based selling process embodying honesty and integrity.
- Attend regular trainings and sales meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Valid driver’s license (required).
- Travel up to 2 hours daily (required).
- Lift and carry 20–60 lbs of sample materials (required).
- Navigate iPad applications (required).
- Previous outside sales experience not required.
- Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
- Strong desire and ability to close the sale.
- Uncapped, full commission structure. Current consultants earn $80,000–$220,000 plus.
- Performance‑based bonus opportunities.
- ICBA Contractors insurance offering.
- Flexibility on a weekly basis.
- Evening and weekend availability (required).
