Eleven Market Research is a global data collection specialty company serving larger MR companies by providing respondents for their MR projects. Along with our team of research professionals, we access dozens of vetted and reputable partners to curate the best solution to meet their needs. While there are many great data collection companies, few have the level of expertise that the Eleven

MR team does in terms of project management, sourcing, and technology.

This role is for a market research data collection company, specializing in quantitative methodologies, including online and telephone for consumer, B2B and healthcare. We are looking for someone with prior experience in data collection and with existing relationships. This role will help to lead the effort to acquire new clients and reacquire former clients while educating them on our services and capabilities.

This position is 100% remote.

  • Initiate new customer relationships via cold calls, emails, virtual and in-person meetings and social networking
  • Schedule introduction calls with potential clients to understand their needs and introduce our services
  • Develop and grow relationships with prospective clients in order to win new business
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and internal staff requests
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships and business
  • Provide bids (costs and feasibility estimates) for new and existing clients as needed to create project-winning proposals
  • Collaborate with project management team to understand the steps of the project management process to help manage client expectations
  • Become a subject matter expert on our business industry, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
  • Report all prospecting/sales/business development activity and bidding into company database
  • Work together with team to determine which metrics need to be tracked and to efficiently strategize at a higher level
  • Report and update weekly/monthly/quarterly with the team to strategize on efforts, challenges and services to expand business
Experience /

Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior data collection sales experience required
  • Existing relationships with data collection clients highly preferred

  • Base salary based on qualifications and experience - commission plan for all sold projects PLUS Bonuses
