Senior Sales Manager – US

In this role you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth across the U.S. market, building relationships with enterprise clients, and helping them unlock value through commerce, content, and data transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead generation and outbound prospecting in coordination with marketing and partner programs
  • Qualify inbound leads and manage the lead queue
  • Conduct customer meetings, workshops, and corporate events
  • Build relationships with technology partners through the Partner Manager
  • Manage client relationships and be the focal point of Vaimo’s value proposition
  • Lead the RFI/RFP process and coordinate specialist contributors for holistic client understanding
  • Coordinate contractual negotiations with legal teams and document agreements
  • Ensure a solid hand‑off from pre‑sales to implementation and maintain strong first‑year client relationships
Requirements
  • 6+ years of sales experience in a digital agency environment
  • Solid understanding of Digital Commerce, Content Management, Data Management, Insights, and Activation projects
  • Demonstrated success leading complex sales processes with diverse customer stakeholders
  • Proven ability to develop and manage a personal pipeline through proactive prospecting
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, attention to detail, and strong sense of accountability
