We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to drive revenue growth by strategically executing your sales plan, fostering strong relationships with partners, and leading family business practitioners.

Responsibilities
  • Construct and execute a strategic Sales Plan tailored to your region
  • Travel to industry events to elevate Trusted Family’s visibility and network in your market
  • Take proactive ownership of lead generation initiatives
  • Work efficiently and consistently within our CRM (Hub Spot)
  • Build and nurture strong, trust‑based relationships with clients, prospects, and partners
  • Stay current on SaaS sales best practices and continuously refine your approach to selling and closing
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members across Marketing, Product, and Client Success to surface insights and shape innovative sales strategies
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a sales position
  • Good understanding of the Family Business and Family Office sector
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and initiative‑driven practices in previous roles
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and technology
  • Cognitive ability to think creatively, sell strategically, and communicate efficiently internally and externally
  • Full autonomy in your role and sales plan

  • Product Pitch: Prepare and deliver a pitch of our software, demonstrating your ability to identify customer pain points and uncover opportunities during a demo call.
  • Reference Check: Conducted to validate your professional accomplishments, work ethic, and teamwork capabilities through conversations with provided references.
